These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Mr Groomer’s services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

• Mr Groomer provides professional pet grooming services at the client’s home in the UAE.
• All grooming services are performed by trained professionals, with the well-being of pets as the top priority.

2. Booking & Appointments

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, Mobile app, contact number, or approved booking platforms.
• The client is responsible for ensuring access to the premises and that the pet is available and suitable for grooming.

3. Payments

• All payments are required upfront.
• Accepted methods include: payment gateway, POS terminal, payment link, or direct bank transfer.
• Services will only be rendered after payment confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• If cancellation is made within this window, the client may reschedule the appointment without penalty.
• Late cancellations (less than 3 hours) or no-shows will result in no refund.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.

5. Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule appointments (subject to availability) at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 3 hours in advance.

6. Pet Health & Safety

• The client must disclose any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or special needs of their pet at the time of booking.
• Mr Groomer reserves the right to refuse service if a pet shows signs of aggression, illness, or poses a safety risk.
• In such cases, no refund will be provided for time and costs incurred.

7. Liability

• While all care is taken to ensure the safety of pets, grooming carries inherent risks (e.g., minor cuts, stress-related issues).
• Mr Groomer will not be liable for unforeseen injuries, allergic reactions, or conditions not disclosed by the owner.
• Clients are advised to keep vaccinations up to date.

8. Use of Website

• By using our website, you agree not to misuse the content, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt operations.
• All intellectual property (logo, content, branding) remains the property of Mr Groomer.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sharjah, UAE.
