1. Information We Collect

• Booking details: your name, phone number, address, and pet details when you book with us on WhatsApp or by phone.
• Contact form: your name, phone number, message, and the language you used on the website when you send us a message.
• Instagram offer: your name, phone number, the language you used on the website, and the discount code issued to you when you claim the extra 5% offer.
• Package recommender: the pet type, coat, weight, and grooming needs you type or dictate. We do not ask for your name or contact details in the recommender.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment gateway, POS, or bank. We do not store card details.
• Usage information: anonymous, aggregated statistics about page visits and button clicks (see section 6).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and manage pet grooming services at your home.
• Reply to your messages, in your preferred language, and confirm bookings, payments, and refunds.
• Issue and verify discount codes.
• Suggest a suitable grooming package when you use the recommender.
• Improve our website and services.
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements in the UAE.

3. Service Providers We Share Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the service, and only as needed:

• Hostinger: hosts our website and the secure database that stores contact form messages and offer claims.
• OpenAI: processes the details you enter in the package recommender to generate a suggestion, and your first name to write a personalised thank-you message when you claim the offer. These requests are not used to train their models.
• Resend: delivers internal email notifications to our team about new messages and offer claims.
• Plausible Analytics: counts page visits and clicks without cookies and without collecting personal data.
• Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram): when you contact us on WhatsApp or follow us on Instagram, their own privacy policies apply.
• Payment providers and legal authorities, where required to process payments or by law.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Contact form messages: deleted automatically 12 months after you send them.
• Offer claims: deleted automatically 12 months after the code is issued. We keep them until then to prevent duplicate claims.
• Booking and payment records: as long as UAE law requires for accounting purposes.

5. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access restricted to authorised team members. While we take all reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Plausible Analytics, which measures visits without cookies and without identifying you. The website stores a small note in your browser's session storage so the offer popup is not shown to you twice.

7. Your Rights

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements).
• Opt out of promotional messages at any time.

8. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers store or process data outside the UAE. We only use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
